What You'll Bring

• Active experience as a software developer or system administrator working with AI APIs in a professional context
• Hands-on integration of AI models via cloud platforms (e.g. Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI) or direct API access
• Practical knowledge of embedding AI capabilities (such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini models) into applications or automated workflows
• Comfort discussing technical implementation details, challenges, and decisions in your day-to-day work, * Complete a paid screener to help us assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks
• Participate in AI-moderated interviews via Listen Labs (primary research method)
• Complete qualitative surveys via Qualtrics
• In some cases, take part in live interviews with the research team

Do you have experience in Azure?, * Familiarity with multiple AI providers or models in the same workflow or organisation

• Experience with RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
• Involvement in evaluating or selecting AI platforms for enterprise use
