• 3+ years of successfully leading and scaling cross-functional development teams with backend and frontend scope as an Engineering Manager.
• Proficiency in English, and ideally experience working with global teams.
• Expertise in software development and architecture design, experience with high-load is a plus.
• Familiarity with PHP 8.* as a developer.
• Proven track record of improving development engineering processes and increasing team efficiency. Ability to foster trust-based relationships with the Product organization and Engineering managers.
• Experience with Agile values and principles., * Communication. Ability to clearly and effectively convey thoughts and ideas while actively listening and responding to others
