Job description
In this role, you will support the management of NA-KD's Paid Social channels with the goal of improving our social media presence and brand awareness. You will work hands-on with campaigns, assist in implementing A/B tests, and learn to use the latest marketing tools and platforms. Collaboration with different teams and an interest in branding will be key to your success. You will report to the Head of Sales., * Supporting the day-to-day management of our paid social channels together with our external agency
- Assisting in monitoring brand awareness and contributing to its growth based on YoY metrics
- Helping track, analyze, and report the performance of paid social campaigns
- Coordinating with the content production team by assisting in briefing creatives and supporting ongoing creative testing
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends, tools, and features within paid social to support campaign performance
Requirements

- Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social channels
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Sheets is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to approach tasks with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Interest in the fashion industry
- Fluency in English
