Job description
You'll be working directly with our clients, responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered solutions that automate their internal document workflows. You're not just writing code, you're understanding business problems, designing systems that solve them, and shipping automation that actually gets used in production.
The core of the work is agentic: creating and customising agents, building orchestration pipelines, and contributing to Limai's own platform as you discover what clients need at the frontline.This is a role for builders that enjoy owning the full engineer cycle, from research to deployment.
You should have a good understanding of core AI concepts like embeddings and harness engineering and be able to deploy that knowledge into working solutions.The world is changing and roles like this one will be more and more common. We don't have the expectation of finding an expert in all these fronts, we do want to find someone willing to learn, that has been experimenting, and with solid Engineering fundamentals.
You'll own the client relationship on the ground: managing projects autonomously, staying closely aligned with their stakeholders, and representing Limai with confidence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions for document-intensive workflows.
- Build, configure, and customise AI agents using Limai's platform and tooling
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their processes and translate them into scalable automations
- Contribute to the core Limai platform based on what you learn in client engagements
- Work across the full stack, backend pipelines, LLM orchestration, and frontend tooling
- Own your solutions from scoping to production
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * TypeScript, NextJS, Python
- LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, you know how these work and when to use them
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, context engineering, prompt design, tool harness, orchestration
- AI-native development, you use Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent as a core part of your workflow
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS ideally) - you can deploy and operate what you build
- Fullstack - comfortable moving between backend services and frontend interfaces, * A provable track record of engineering experience. More importantly: you're a builder. You've shipped real things, you care about product outcomes, and you can move between technical depth and business context without losing either.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, you know what it takes to produce and maintain production-grade code
- AI-first mindset you've built with LLMs and agents, not just read about them
- Product and business acumen, you can talk to a client, understand their pain, and design a solution. Your priority is what the business needs.
- Agency, you don't wait to be told what to do; you figure it out
- Comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage means the playbook is still being written
