Job description
- You are the first IT contact for your colleagues.
- You identify problems related to logging in, non-functioning programs, performance issues, etc.
- You prepare and deliver new laptops and phones to new employees.
- You create and set up standard Teams and SharePoint sites.
- You are responsible for the administrative processing and/or registration of IT processes, specifically about continuity and security.
- You provide support in the implementation of new IT projects.
Requirements
The most important part of this job is the interaction with internal customers, defining and solving their problems. As we work with Microsoft Cloud and we are ISO27001 certified, it is crucial to have a good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure to understand where issues can be found. You will be managing the requests directly, or with the cooperation of more senior colleagues and our service provider.
This is an interesting opportunity for you if you have a strong affinity with IT and enjoy identifying and managing IT requests. You are the expert who makes people work optimally and provides high-quality service. Besides the IT responsibilities, your role will consist of liaising with the application specialists and the service provider and assigning tasks., * You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Formal education or diploma preferably from an ICT education.
- Strong affinity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and connected SaaS applications. Experience with managing Apple hard- and software in a Microsoft enterprise setting is a big plus. .
- A pro-active, eager to learn, service-oriented attitude where you think in terms of possibilities. Furthermore, you love solving problems and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing.
