IT Technician

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Engineer to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining support, on-site work, and project delivery, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and client environments.

You'll be working across Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, and on-premise systems, supporting businesses both remotely and on-site., * Client Support - Using our ticketing system, provide prompt and effective support across a wide client base

• On-Site Work - Attend client sites to carry out installations, troubleshooting, and project delivery
• Project Work - Assist with and deliver IT projects including Azure migrations, Intune deployments, and system upgrades
• Installations - Configure and deploy IT equipment and infrastructure at client locations
• General Support - Maintain a high level of technical awareness to resolve a wide range of IT issues

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune

• Experience delivering Azure migrations
• Experience with Intune deployments and device management
• Microsoft 365 email migrations
• On-premise server installs, configuration, and support
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows environments
• Experience working in an MSP or fast-paced support environment

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
