Job description
You'll lead a growing team of 4/5 Automation Testers, taking responsibility for both the day-to-day leadership of the function and the longer-term automation strategy across two key business streams. The team already has strong technical capability and a fantastic culture in place, they now need an experienced leader to provide direction, maturity and vision.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the Head of Test to evolve automation capability, improve processes, and help shape best practice across the wider organisation.
The business is a major SAP environment, so experience with Tosca is essential.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Unit testing?, Are you an experienced Automation Tester ready to take ownership of an automation testing function and shape its future? Do you enjoy leading people, driving strategy, and improving testing capability across a business? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you., * Proven background in Automation Testing
- Previous experience leading or mentoring testers
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with Tosca
- Ability to be on-site in Watford 4 days per week
