You'll know the environment inside out, build genuine relationships with staff and students, and see problems through to resolution.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Network infrastructure?, A friendly, patient, customer-focused approach

Excellent communication with non-technical staff, with the ability to explain things clearly and manage expectations well

Able to provide oversight, progress tickets and direction, and ensure the onsite team progress both support and innovative projects

Experience in schools or education desirable

Several years' hands-on IT experience, with real depth in network and infrastructure work

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Cluster Environments, Network Switching, Microsoft 365 and Intune

Confident across networking - DHCP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi and troubleshooting

Comfortable owning and progressing project tasks, from scoping and procurement through to delivery

Awareness of data protection responsibilities, including supporting Subject Access Requests
