Job description

You will help drive reporting, governance, and delivery discipline across an Artificial Intelligence portfolio spanning multiple domains. You will partner with business and Technology stakeholders to provide clear updates, manage dependencies, and enable successful execution of strategic initiatives.

As a Reporting and Governance Associate (Artificial Intelligence Program Management) in the Commercial & Investment Bank Artificial Intelligence Program Management team, you will support the oversight of the Artificial Intelligence portfolio and its associated reporting across domains including Document, Email, and Onboarding. You will coordinate across project streams to help deliver strategic initiatives, track governance milestones, and ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are clearly documented and escalated when needed., * Lead project coordination with lines of business, Finance & Business Management, Strategy and Transformation, and technology stakeholders.

  • Produce recurring portfolio reporting across Artificial Intelligence use cases, including schedules, scorecards, and plans.
  • Track adherence to governance tollgates and required approvals prior to launch.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting in-flight use cases and support timely escalation and resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate progress and outcomes to gather feedback on deliverables.
  • Develop high-quality materials and presentations to provide regular status updates to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation and program standards.
  • Partner with colleagues to deliver program communications and branding materials.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests to support day-to-day program delivery needs.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience in financial industry environments and/or digital tooling experience.
