ERP Solutions Architect 1

• Work with Company associates and IT Staff to provide application design guidance, documentation, training, and quality control
• Work with Application Analysts, Developers, and customers to design, implement, configure, and support Oracle eBusiness and other ERP or business applications
• Work with IT and business to analyze/configure/tailor/design ERP application customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet business needs
• Mentor Application Analysts, Application Developers, or other associates related to ERP functionality, best-practice ERP design, and testing
• Participate in design and change review processes, completes complex troubleshooting and is able to determine appropriate course of action to deliver actionable results
• Conduct requirements gathering/design sessions for new functionality and customizations and test custom applications and Oracle patches
• Translate, negotiate and communicate architectural and development concepts across development teams
• Develop project documentation including statements of work, complex requirements, detailed project plans, architecture designs, detailed implementation plans, deployment plans, project test plans, and operational training materials
• Develop reliable solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another related field AND a minimum of 9 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 as a general rule)
• Must possess experience (as noted in first bullet) with ERP applications as a Business/Application Analyst or Programmer specifically architecting and designing ERP solutions and integration points in a complex business environment
• Experience with PL/SQL(Programming Language/Structured Query Language)
• Experience with Oracle application tools (e.g. Workflow, etc.)
• Experience with one or more of the following Oracle EBS module suites: Financials (GL, AP, AR), Discrete Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, Cost, PO), Order Management, Advanced Planning (ASCP, DP, MRP), CRM (iSupport, iStore, Teleservice), Human Resources
• Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions
• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
