As a Product Manager in the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) SaaS Data Infrastructure Team, you are an integral part of unveiling cutting-edge Data/AIML products across the entirety of JPMC, while leading the end-to-end product life cycle. As a team project management leader, you are responsible for revolutionizing how the Product team stays organized and communicates. As a core product leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer, while utilizing your deep understanding of our Data Products & AIML roadmap; you guide successful launches, champion crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with business, engineering, data science, marketing teams, and more to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations., * Incorporate project manager practices into product manager execution.

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on Data & AI/ML technologies and trends, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and customers.
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Defines product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features based on customer impact and business value.
  • Partners closely with marketing and client engagement teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area within a Product Organization
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks; GenAI use cases (e.g., LLMs, RAG, Model Context Protocol, Agents, AI Gateway), Model Development Lifecycle (e.g., MLOps).
  • Proven strong experience with AWS, Snowflake, Starburst or similar D&A, data science, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Excellent independent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Certification in product management or related fields.
