Job description

  • Design and develop IVR call flows and voice applications
  • Build and maintain solutions on platforms like Genesys Cloud, Avaya Aura, or Cisco Unified Contact Center
  • Integrate IVR systems with backend services (APIs, databases, CRM systems)
  • Develop and maintain VoiceXML (VXML) or similar scripting for IVR logic
  • Implement speech recognition and text-to-speech (TTS) solutions
  • Troubleshoot call flow issues and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and improve user experience
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of IVR applications
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IVR systems and call center technologies
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Java
  • Knowledge of VoiceXML (VXML), CCXML, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with SIP, VoIP, and telephony protocols
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, * Experience with platforms like Amazon Connect or Twilio
  • Familiarity with speech AI tools like Google Dialogflow
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding of call analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IVR development or contact center technologies
