Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Director, Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering in Alpharetta, GA to set up business critical snowflake database accounts using SSO login, tri-secret secure, role bases access management, private link and integration with external applications and tools. Design and implement enterprise data masking policy, including column based, row based and tag-based masking. Implement account-level replications across multiple snowflake environments. Write stored procedures to automate tasks. Set up enterprise role-based user access authentication and authorization in snowflake. Implement technology security features. Analyze warehouse performance and data load. Perform Python scripting to automate data pipelines and database administration tasks. Telecommuting permitted up to three days per week. Requirements
Requires three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as a Senior Architect, Technology; Technology Specialist; Associate; Programmer Analyst; or related occupation in the technology field, Requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills:
- Snowflake Database Architecture and administration;
- SQL;
- Automation using Python programming;
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform and tools including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Key Management Service, S3, IAM, EC2 and Glue ETL;
- Data-warehousing;
- Jenkins CI/CID;
- Git;
- Bitbucket;
- Unix shell scripting;
- JIRA, Agile Methodology; and
- Kafka.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $152,000 and $152,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
