Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team supporting our OMEGA program. In this role you will help to ensure the security of the Salesforce platform, supporting mission-critical systems of the VA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cybersecurity and compliance and protecting our Veterans' data., * Configure custom objects, fields, and page layouts

• Utilize Salesforce Flow to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
• Maintain data integrity and create reports/dashboards for insights
• Review, assess, and implement new features from Salesforce's regular, automatic releases in accordance with federal security standards and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members including business analysts, project managers, and developers

• 3-5 Years of Experience in a similar role
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce App Builder and/or Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification preferred
• Strong understanding of advanced flows, sharing models, and security
• Confident communicator
• Proactive problem-solver
• Strong documentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
• Copado & Salesforce DX deployment experience preferred
• Proficiency with JIRA preferred

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting., Sprezzatura offers a comprehensive and flexible benefit package to include:
