Network Operations Center Tech 2

This full-time role involves monitoring and maintaining data center environments, providing technical support, and ensuring efficient network operations., Monitor multiple systems for unusual activities or equipment failures. Provide technical support to teams or clients as needed. Maintain records of alarms and manage customer notifications. Coordinate and execute routine maintenance and system upgrades. Assist with emergency situations and customer requests.

Candidates should have experience with network monitoring tools and a strong understanding of network protocols., Trade school or associate degree preferred. 2 years experience in network operations or a related field. Proficiency in network monitoring tools and software. Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching. Willingness to work flexible schedules and in a fast-paced environment.
