Job description
Design & Development: Build and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX, including designing conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment services. Integration: Develop middleware, backend services, and APIs (often with Python) to integrate bots with enterprise systems and third-party applications. Optimization: Improve bot performance by implementing NLP best practices, managing context, handling errors, and continuously tuning NLU (Natural Language Understanding). Generative AI: Configure and manage generative AI components, such as Playbooks and Data Stores for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Collaboration: Work with UX designers and business teams to define user journeys and ensure the conversation design meets user needs. Testing and analytics: Implement logging, monitoring, and analytics to track performance. Develop and execute automated testing strategies. Technical leadership: Potentially provide technical guidance, mentor junior developers, and perform code reviews., Sr. Conversational Dev, will support optimum CES engagement, will be hands on with development of conversational agents .

Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services. Understanding of NLP/NLU principles. Familiarity with SDLC, Version control (GIT) and CI/CD Pipeline Knowledge of conversational designs, flow, and automated speech recognition Experience in algorithms, computer visions, knowledge management, and conversational AI Working knowledge of frontend technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs Fundamental knowledge and experience in BigQuery, MySQL, MongoDB, or other databases Experience with Agile Methodologies Experience working with programming languages such as Python, PHP, Java, Ruby, and AI languages

This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
