Network Administrator

o Experience: 5+ years of specialized experience with process data systems and industrial information networks. o Networking Stack: Expert-level configuration of Cisco switches and routers, WAN, LAN, and VPNs. o Virtualization Infrastructure: Proficiency in managing VMware, VXRail, and vSAN platforms, including host redundancy and high-availability configurations. o Cybersecurity Compliance: Hands-on experience with patch management, RBAC, MFA, and Network Segmentation (zoning critical OT assets from IT networks). o Industrial Protocols: Deep understanding of Modbus, OPC, and Industrial Ethernet. o System Diagnostics: Proficiency using tools like Wireshark, SNMP, and system log analysis to troubleshoot complex communication failures. o Administrative Skills: Strong experience in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO) for device management. o Operations Support: Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring network bottlenecks to ensure continuous plant production.

$60/hr. to $70/hr.
