Job description
The Trainer provides initial and ongoing training and support for applications including but not limited to MyChart, MyChart Bedside, and Hello World to support the Information Services departments digital strategy. The trainer will provide on-site elbow support, go-live support, and serve as a resource for end users. This role will be 80% onsite, rotating among different outpatient offices. Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Associateâs or Bachelorâs Degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification
- Epic Credentialed Trainer or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
Experience
- 3 years of experience with an electronic medical record required; Epic preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.
- Previous experience in training, instruction or adult learning a plus.
