Role and Responsibilities
Astralis' Solution Architect partners closely with our customer's technology and business stakeholders to define a scalable Salesforce architecture, vision, and strategy that drives best-in-class business outcomes. This role ensures that solution designs and system deliverables meet agreed-upon acceptance criteria while overseeing the successful execution of all implementation deliverables.
Acting as a key liaison between our customers and internal delivery teams, the Solution Architect translates business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions that address core client needs. Ideal candidates bring hands-on consulting experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA, CPQ, and Billing) to uphold best practices in solution design, documentation, and architectural governance.
- Responsible for overall Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) solution design and implementation
- Lead customer architecture initiatives from inception to completion, collaborating with business stakeholders to create scalable architecture in alignment with business needs
- Lead business and technology analysis and provide Salesforce domain expertise
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for customers and provide best practice recommendations as necessary
- Lead the development and adoption of reusable architecture assets/solutions to improve Astralis delivery efficiency and customer time to value

Requirements
- Acted as the Lead Solution Architect on at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce RCA implementations (pricing, product catalog, amendments, renewals).
- Deep understanding of revenue management operations, including complex subscription lifecycles, ramp deals, usage-based pricing, renewals, amendments, co-terming, and multi-entity scenarios.
- Experience designing scalable product catalog and pricing strategies, including:
- Tiered pricing
- Bundles and nested bundles
- Discounting strategies
- Subscription models and renewal automation
- Experience building Salesforce Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, and Flows
- Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
- Deep hands-on experience designing and architecting complex Salesforce Legacy CPQ solutions, including advanced pricing models, product bundling, subscription lifecycles, amendments, and renewals.
- Revenue Cloud Consultant certification
- CPQ Specialist Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication to technical audiences, non-technical audiences, and senior management.
- Bonus qualifications / experience
- Billing certifications or experience (CPQ or RCA)
- Architected and deployed at least 1 RCA/CPQ Agent
