Job description
- Design, build, and deploy scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS
- Develop cloud-native architectures supporting web and mobile applications
- Analyze business and product requirements to translate into technical solutions
- Collaborate with front-end developers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment across development, pre-production, and production environments
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with established development standards
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and processes
- Support and troubleshoot applications in production environments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to test, validate, and release new features
- Stay adaptable to evolving technologies, tools, and project needs
Requirements
- Strong experience developing APIs using Node.js and NestJS
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
- Proven experience building and deploying cloud-based applications (GCP or AWS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform)
- Solid understanding of unit testing and test automation practices
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
- Strong knowledge of database design, including both relational and NoSQL databases
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional engineering environments
