If this sounds like the place for you - come join our team!, The Systems Administrator II will be a part of the team responsible for the support of domestic & international user base. This can include application support, hardware troubleshooting, new user provisioning, project work such as Intune setup, refreshing our internal networks with Cisco Meraki, and contributing to the improvement of our processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite & remote user support, including general desktop troubleshooting for all employees

  • Manage & develop our identity providers (Active Directory, Okta, Google workspace)

  • Help manage & maintain our application stack, including SaaS applications

  • Provision & deploy new employee endpoints, assist with new hire onboarding

  • Provide support for videoconferencing and related A/V systems

  • "Assist with company-wide software deployments

  • Create, update and maintain support documentation and procedures

  • Assist with cross-departmental projects (security and compliance initiatives, i.e. MDM)

  • Provide excellent customer service to both our remote and onsite customers.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting devices that run on Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS

  • Strong attention to detail

  • 2-3 years' experience in a System Administrator role.

  • Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, OKTA, and Office 365

  • Jamf Pro & Connect administration preferred

  • Microsoft Intune administration preferred

  • Delinea Privilege Manager administration preferred

  • Network administration experience preferred

  • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required

Benefits & conditions

The anticipated salary range for this role is $89,000- $100,000 plus variable commission / company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
