We use a proven, agile and innovative approach to discover, evaluate, architect and implement advanced solutions to ensure our customers ultimate success., The Cloud Developer will design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-based applications and infrastructure to support in Honoulu, Hawaii. This position ensures that cloud solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards in line with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity requirements. Candidates should have experience with cloud platforms, application development, and performance optimization in cloud environments., * Design and build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud applications and services.
- Deploy and manage solutions across platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment.
- Apply cloud architecture best practices, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, and serverless computing.
- Implement cloud security measures such as IAM (Identity & Access Management), encryption, and network protections.
- Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and availability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate cloud solutions into enterprise systems.
- Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to staff and faculty on cloud platforms.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, tools, and security standards.
Requirements
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
- Certifications (minimum one):
- CompTIA Security+ CE or higher DoD-approved cybersecurity certification.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
- Google Professional Cloud Architect
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD (if supporting ServiceNow cloud systems)
- Experience: 3+ years in cloud development, deployment, and infrastructure management.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with automation tools, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing., * Experience working in DoD or other federal IT environments.
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, or CMMC compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success optimizing cloud resources for cost efficiency.

- On-site in Honolulu, HI.
- Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 0800-1600 HST, excluding federal holidays.
- Must comply with DoD security policies and complete required annual training.
