Job description

  • Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
  • Maintains and supports the district's Student Information System.
  • Provides technical support and training to district and school-level staff for the district's Student Information System.
  • Maintains all aspects of current and historical student records.
  • Coordinates and oversees all state and Federal reporting.
  • Maintains a list of procedures regarding data collection and reporting.
  • Effectively communicates reporting timelines and deadlines.
  • Provides data to support instructional processes and data-driven decisions.
  • Assists administrators with scheduling in the SIS.
  • Supports testing coordinators with SIS data.
  • Creates custom data forms within the SIS.
  • Provides demonstrations of SIS tools.
  • Provides data extracts and custom reports.
  • Assists the Technology Department with data extracts.
  • Assists parents/guardians and enrollment clerks.
  • Participates intrainingsand professional development.
  • Serves as district Superuser for SLDS and TLE.
  • Maintains transcript and records request system.
  • Reviews Open Records Requests.
  • Assists with Pre-K and Kindergarten registration.
  • Maintains Student Data and Enrollment forms.
  • Maintains confidentiality and FERPA compliance.
  • Assistswith districtwebsite as needed.
  • Assists with other required reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical skills instruction?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree preferred OR minimum of five (5) years of experience working with a Student Information System (SIS)

  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to self-monitor and independently complete tasks
  • Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), with preference given to candidates with experience working within the Infinite Campus Platform.
