Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) - Hybrid

We are currently hiring 2 Mid level/Senior Systems Engineers with Cameo experience on our team in Broomfield. The program itself is a Tactical Mission Systems program- you'd join a centralized product team that makes new products and sells them to other programs.

In the role, you'll be leading requirements decomposition from system-level concepts down to software specifications, while maintaining full bi-directional traceability using tools like DOORS and Jama. The role involves building and managing system models in CAMEO, defining and executing V&V strategies, and ensuring alignment across architecture, development, and test. You'll also support major design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and drive configuration control across system artifacts.

Clearance: Secret required, TS preferred

• Requirements decomposition and managements
• Requirements traceability (tools such as DOORS, Jama, or equivalent)
• Verification & Validation (V&V) planning and execution
• Hands-on experience with CAMEO (or similar MBSE tools) for modeling
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes

Salary: our team represents a breadth of experience which correlates to a salary range of $110,000 to $290,000 a year.
