Applications Development Analyst

• Minimum of 10 years of analysis and development experience with the following programming languages: ASP.NET, VB.NET or C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web forms, and other .NET framework tools, languages, and libraries; using Visual Studio and Team Foundation/DevOps.
• A minimum of 10 years of analysis and development experience with Oracle (11gR2, and newer) or MS SQL Databases (2012, and newer) and the SSRS component.Oracle PL/SQL experience a requirement.
• Minimum of 10 years in developing web-based application programming interfaces (API) using SOAP or RESTful communication methodologies, with WSDL/XML and JSON data exchange formats.
• 10 years working in a development team environment implementing and debugging web-based systems with technical staff, users, and customers.
• 10 years monitoring and troubleshooting system interfaces and system integration processes relating to gateway, load balance, application, proxy, database, and active directory domain servers.
• 10 years in change management best practices, such as serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team members using MS Team Foundation Server/DevOps and the corresponding Visual Studio CVS integration tools.
• 10 years in the application of statutory law and administrative rules in program codification and maintenance of required processing functions.
• 10 years with gathering and adapting complex, multi-system interface, interaction, end user specifications to necessary source code and compiled applications.
