Microsoft Copilot CoE Change Management

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot CoE Change Management to drive enterprise-wide adoption, governance, enablement, and organizational readiness for Microsoft Copilot across the M365/D365 ecosystem., · 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Technology Adoption, Digital Transformation, or Center of Excellence (CoE) functions

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and/or Dynamics 365 environments

· Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and user adoption strategies

· Experience working within BFSI environments with exposure to regulatory, compliance, privacy, and risk management requirements

· Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise security controls

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, training, and facilitation skills

· Experience creating enablement content, knowledge bases, user guides, and adoption frameworks

· Ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, security, compliance, and executive stakeholders

· Familiarity with M365/D365 administration, governance, and enterprise collaboration tools

· Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience measuring adoption and change effectiveness
