Job description
Full time opening for a ServiceNow Admin/Developer. This role is on site to start and offers hybrid options after a few months. Must be local to the Philly area and a Citizen or GC holder. Position will involve the following:
- Administer, maintain, and support ServiceNow environments including Development, UAT, and Production
- Coordinate with ServiceNow on system upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance
- Configure and support core ITSM modules including:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Service Catalog
- Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and system permissions
- Develop and maintain:
- Workflows and Flow Designer automations
- Forms, fields, and UI policies
- Business rules and client scripts
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage update sets and migrations between ServiceNow instances
- Maintain data integrity through imports, exports, and data cleanup activities
- Configure and maintain notifications, SLAs, and reporting dashboards
- Support integrations with enterprise tools including SCCM, SolarWinds, and Splunk
- Document configurations, processes, and governance standards
- Handle day-to-day ServiceNow support including user access requests and issue resolution
- Configure new forms, fields, and workflows based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents in a timely manner
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework principles
- Experience with:
- JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow
- Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- CMDB administration
- LDAP/SSO technologies including SAML and ADFS
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Experience with ITAM and ITOM modules preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
