Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
  • Expertise in ITSM module implementation.
  • Good experience with ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
  • Experience in FSM module is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development.
  • Familiarity with MID Server setup and integrations., * ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, FSM).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.
