Job description
The Data Operations Analyst II is responsible for onboarding and/or supporting new clients in the Cloudmed/R1 platform(s). This role works directly with client IT teams to acquire data files, validate data, and import into our applications. The Data Operations Analyst II works closely with project managers for new implementations, sales teams for implementations/client assessments, and operations teams for ongoing support of clients once live., * Own complex client implementations from a data perspective - acquiring, importing, validating data and preparing proprietary systems and platforms ready for go-live. Engage with internal project team members during implementation projects.
- Manage the relationship between client IT to collaboratively work towards data that meets data specifications.
- Apply a deep understanding of healthcare data to solve problems for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical mentor to Data Operation Analysts on the team.
- Data research and analysis - writing queries, analyzing results, and identifying trends.
- Create reports around system performance (rules engine), client data trends and other business needs.
- Communicate/present research results to non-technical stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Script and automate data-related processes.
- Resolve data duplication, ensure data received satisfies operational requirements spanning multiple service lines and solutions.
- Perform analysis of data acquired into Data Lake.
- Stakeholder management, request handling.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking work and deliverables.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to learn and master new tools and processes.
- Ability to identify problems and ideate on how to improve/fix issues impacting the team and/or clients.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SQL (or similar) and SSIS mastery.
- Ability to partner and collaborate closely with both internal and external project/operational stakeholders and provide excellent communication to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and teams.
- Familiarity/comfortability managing data pipelines.
- Ability to apply best practices and contribute to documentation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, exercise good judgement, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own work.
- Identify/escalate issues to other teams (e.g., Product/Engineering) in a collaborative way.
Benefits & conditions
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,500.00 - $121,106.62 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
