Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of computer workstation setup
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN network installation and management
- Knowledge of network hardware and software applications including network servers, printers, and other equipment
- Ability to work with multiple operating systems and network protocols (i.e. UNIX, MS-DOS, and MAC-OS)
