- Develop Python-based web applications, backend services, and automation solutions
- Build AI-driven applications using Agentic AI frameworks and Microsoft Copilot
- Design and execute unit testing using pytest/unittest
- Develop and maintain UiPath automation workflows
- Work with UiPath REFramework, Document Understanding & Communications Mining
- Build reusable custom libraries and workflow-based automation solutions
- Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners & Scrum teams
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Python / UiPath Developer with strong expertise in AI-driven development, automation, and enterprise-scale RPA solutions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about Python, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and UiPath automation frameworks., 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience Strong understanding of OOP, data structures & design principles Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations, prompt engineering & Agentic AI Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn Strong UiPath development & architecture expertise Experience with Queues, Libraries, Bots & RPA deployments Enterprise-scale automation experience
Preferred: Banking or payment solutions experience UiPath Academy Developer Certification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
