In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimization A knack for creating detailed process maps and technical documentation with domain specialization Proactive approach to in conducting benchmarking studies and product research Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance Effective collaboration and communication abilities with cross-functional teams, * Experience in Cash Management, Digital Commercial banking
- Experience working in Digital Cash Management and Open Banking (Corporate, Community banking and Investment Banking) subdomains and experience in payments integration
- Experience as Payments Domain Product Owner, * Experience as Product Owner in the Payments / Digital applications.
- Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable API's which shall be used across digital channels
- Excellent understanding of Payment application (MTS, ACH, Pep+, RDC, Internal Payments)
- Good understanding of Cash management products like Sweeps, Zero Balancing and Balance reporting, * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
