Job description
Assist in building end-to-end Machine Learning (ML) systems (including traditional ML models and Conversational AI) and deploy them to operate at scale. Research and devise innovative statistical models/ML models that can help to finance Travel & Expense team to identify anomalies in transactions. Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using GenAI/LLMs to help manufacturing team generate Non-conformance case notes with higher confidence. Implement changes to algorithms to improve AI performance and retrieval techniques. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer service experience and supply chain optimization (optimize inventory stock). Identify patterns in data using statistical modeling and develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Work on GenAI evaluation frameworks and decrease the development/testing time. Work with business partners throughout the organization to find opportunities for using company data to drive solutions. Work with business subject matter experts, project managers, data engineers, and data visualization teams to build data products that can impact topline and bottom-line revenue. Salary range: $112,000 - $117,100 per year.
Requirements
- NLP and Statistics;
- Coding in Python using ML libraries such as Pandas, Scikit, or TensorFlow;
- ML algorithms;
- Building back-end engineering systems;
- Working with front-end engineering teams and building APIs;
- System Design: Horizontal and Vertical scaling of the back-end platform; and
- Building Large Language Models (LLM) based Chatbots with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Vector DB., Position requires: Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
