IT Asset Refurbish Tech (Mobility)

Receive, refurbish and list retired IT equipment (Smartphones, tablets, networking hardware, etc.), as part of our ITAD service offering., * Refurbish smartphones and tablets

• Review and grade equipment conditions, troubleshooting device issues as they arise
• List equipment for sale through the company's eCommerce platforms
• Ensure inventory records align with company and departmental standards
• Comply with company environmental health and safety standards

Do you have experience in iOS?, Competency with mobile device platforms (Android and iOS) is required. Duties require professional

communication skills and the ability to master the company's software platforms. An ideal candidate is strongly self-motivated and displays an apparent sense of urgency with the aptitude to complete all undertakings and assigned tasks.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 1-2 years previous mobile device experience
• Experience with stocking and inventory management
• Experience working with ServiceNow highly preferred
• A+ and ITIL certifications are a bonus.
