Job description

As a front office contact person of a leading company, you will be handling incoming communication from internal and external customers and performing the following administrative tasks:

  • Processing and updating projects in Sharepoint
  • Monitoring POs and shipments
  • Planning of Engineers
  • Logging and archiving of reports and contracts
  • Backup for other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • You communicate fluently in English AND German
  • Don't shy away from an intense training course at the start of your assignment
  • Being a fast learner is a must, having a background in IT or hardware reperations is a bonus!
