Job description
As a front office contact person of a leading company, you will be handling incoming communication from internal and external customers and performing the following administrative tasks:
- Processing and updating projects in Sharepoint
- Monitoring POs and shipments
- Planning of Engineers
- Logging and archiving of reports and contracts
- Backup for other administrative tasks
Requirements
- You communicate fluently in English AND German
- Don't shy away from an intense training course at the start of your assignment
- Being a fast learner is a must, having a background in IT or hardware reperations is a bonus!
