Software Developer

• Design, develop and maintain internal software platforms
• Build scalable web applications supporting our Australian client operations
• Integrate third-party APIs and workforce management systems
• Collaborate with operations and business teams to deliver technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards
• Continuously improve system performance and reliability

Do you have experience in Software development?, * 4+ years professional software development experience

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with React or Vue.js
• Solid AWS or Azure cloud experience
• REST API development experience
• Strong communication skills - you will work across time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Australian or international clients
• Familiarity with HR tech or workforce management platforms
• Knowledge of compliance or immigration-related systems
