CS Object Manager

Join our team as Chef d'objet CS in Vaud region, focusing on quality.

Tasks

• Oversee operational responsibilities for cleaning sites effectively.
• Maintain client communication for technical inquiries and support.
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and value of buildings and facilities., Operational responsibility for one or several objects in terms of quality, finance and personnel

• Maintaining permanent contact with clients and interlocutors for technical questions
• Responsibility for quality, hygiene and preservation of the value of buildings and premises
• Conducting quality controls
• Continuous coordination and optimisation of all operational processes
• Management of orders for materials, machines and consumables
• Handling administrative tasks related to the site(s) Your profile

• Proven experience in cleaning, ideally in a team leader role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills for effective team management.
• Excellent French communication skills, both written and spoken., Proven experience in the cleaning sector, ideally as a team leader, site manager or object manager

• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and building maintenance
• Natural leadership, organisational and coordination skills
• Ease in team management and willingness to be actively involved in company life
• Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented working method
• Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Very good level of French, both spoken and written
