System Architect

• Design and define system architectures for electronic and mechatronic systems
• Develop and model functions, components, and interfaces using MBSE methods
• Define system context and ensure scalable and maintainable architectures
• Manage requirement traceability between models and project requirements
• Conduct architecture reviews, assessments, and technical evaluations
• Collaborate with hardware, software, safety, security, V&V, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and development processes
• Support development of architecture guidelines and best practices

• Systems Engineering / Systems Architecture experience
• MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) expertise
• Experience with Capella, Cameo, Enterprise Architect, Matlab, or PreeVision
• Knowledge of SysML, UML, and interface architecture
• Understanding of ASPICE, ISO 15288, ARP4754, ISO 26262
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• German C1 & English B2
