Requirements
We're looking for an experienced IT Oracle Financials Application Analyst with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials. Proven ability to support, configure, and optimize financial applications to meet business and compliance requirements. Acts as a key liaison between finance users and technical teams, ensuring system stability, accurate financial processing, and continuous improvement of Oracle Financial modules. What you'll do o Provide functional support for Oracle Financial modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements. o Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Financials solutions. o Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data. o Investigate and resolve data issues, accounting discrepancies, and system errors. o Coordinate with Oracle technical teams, DBAs, and developers for fixes, customizations, and integrations. o Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and apply patches or system updates as needed. o Support audits by providing system evidence, reconciliations, and control documentation. o Develop and maintain functional design documents, test scripts, and user guides. o Conduct UAT, regression testing, and post-production validation. o Train end users and provide ongoing application support., o Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, iExpense, Purchasing - as applicable) o Functional Setup & Configuration o Month-End & Year-End Close Support o Financial Reconciliations & Reporting o Issue Analysis & Root Cause Resolution o Oracle Support (SRs, Patches, Upgrades) o Data Validation & Control Checks o SOX / Audit / Compliance Support o User Training & Documentation o Integration Support (Banks, Subledgers, External Systems) Technical & Functional Skills o Oracle EBS R12 / 11i Financials, Oracle Cloud o Accounting Rules & Financial Controls o SQL (basic to intermediate for data analysis) o Oracle Reports / BI Publisher (functional usage) o Excel (advanced - reconciliations, analysis)
