Ensures that all information in the service catalog is accurate and up to date.

Optimize the source-based allocation of IT costs and form the basis for a business impact analysis.

Supports the standardization of IT services Main tasks:

Annual review. Expansion to include new services. Inclusion of shadow IT services

Coordination of new requirements with business representatives

Annual adjustment of prices based on current costs.

Target-actual cost comparison. Preparation of true-up

Once a year preparation of the IT Budget cost sharing per entity

Maintenance of IT Business Services in the IT Service Portal

Support tax audits

Support in benchmarking of individual IT technical services

Establish a process for onboarding, change, and offboarding of IT Services

Reporting based on IT Services Usage/Costs
Requirements
