Job description

This is a technical role focused on routing logic, automation, and real-time integrations within a modern cloud contact center platform. You will work closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performance customer experience solutions.

  • Hybrid for candidates located in Madrid, Mlaga, Barcelona, or Logroo.

  • Fully remote for candidates based elsewhere in Spain.

  • Design and maintain complex Genesys Cloud Architect flows.

  • Implement advanced routing logic (skills-based routing, queues, fallbacks).

  • Build and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and Data Actions.

  • Implement and optimize configurations for voice and digital channels.

  • Design and maintain REST-based integrations with external systems.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure platform stability.

  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing Architect flows and building API-based integrations., * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud.

  • Strong experience with Architect flows and routing configuration.

  • Experience integrating systems via Genesys Cloud APIs and REST services.

  • Solid understanding of cloud environments and security basics.

  • Programming/scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar).

  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing contact center environments.

  • English level B2 or higher.

  • Experience leading technical initiatives or workstreams.

  • Experience with event-driven integrations (EventBridge or similar).

  • Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics).

  • Knowledge of AWS services.

  • Genesys Cloud or cloud provider certifications.
