AI Full Stack Engineer (M/W)

We are looking for an AI Full Stack Engineer to join the Group Agentic AI Factory, focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI-powered web applications that enable high-value assistants, agents, and agentic AI solutions across the organization.

You'll work at the intersection of front-end and back-end development, building production-ready interfaces and APIs that bring AI capabilities to life for business users worldwide.

Development & Implementation

• Design and develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces for AI assistants, agents, and agentic applications
• Build robust, scalable APIs and backend services to support AI workflows, RAG systems, and agent orchestration
• Manage databases and data pipelines ensuring performance, security, and reliability
• Integrate AI platform capabilities (LLMs, tools, workflows) into full-stack applications

Collaboration & Product Delivery

• Collaborate with AI Product Managers, AI Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in Agentic AI Factory rituals and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end experiences and back-end AI services
• Deliver production-ready features aligned with business objectives and user needs

Quality & Innovation

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices
• Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) and ensure code quality
• Stay current with emerging technologies in full-stack development and AI application patterns
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and platform evolution

Do you have experience in Vue.js?, * 3+ years of full-stack development experience with proven track record of shipping production applications

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks)
• Solid backend development skills in Python, Node.js, or similar languages
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
• Database expertise (SQL and NoSQL: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar)
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Version control mastery (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

AI & Modern Stack:

• Passion for Agentic AI and AI agents - curious about how AI transforms user experiences
• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), and AI orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM observability, and AI application patterns

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and autonomous - able to move fast in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment
• Strong communication skills - comfortable working with cross-functional, international teams
• Problem-solving mindset - able to prioritize tasks and re-prioritize constantly based on business impact
• User-centric approach - focused on delivering intuitive, high-quality experiences

Languages:

• Fluent spoken and written English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with enterprise platforms, governance frameworks, and security best practices
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI model deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with Databricks, data engineering tools, and analytics platforms
• Experience with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UX principles
• Previous work in consulting, product companies, or fast-paced startup environments
• Vibe-coding - ability to rapidly prototype and iterate with AI-assisted development tools
