Senior M365 & Identity Engineer

What You'll Do - Own and improve tenant architecture, governance, and security posture across our M365 environment - Design and enforce identity and access management through Entra ID - conditional access, SSO, lifecycle management - Manage device enrolment and compliance through Intune, including automated onboarding workflows - Structure and optimise SharePoint and OneDrive - permissions, governance, information architecture - Integrate third-party applications via SSO, SCIM provisioning, and enterprise app configurations - Support tenant migrations and consolidations as part of M&A integration projects - Automate repetitive IT processes using PowerShell, Graph API, or Power Automate What You Bring Core: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD) in a professional environment. The Role We're looking for a senior, hands-on M365 and identity engineer - someone who's genuinely at home in Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft cloud stack. This isn't a strategy role. It's a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you'll bring structure, security, and scalability to a growing multi-entity environment. You'll work closely with the CTAIO and the IT team to modernise how we manage identities, devices, access, and collaboration - across countries, offices, and ongoing M&A integrations.
