Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple areas of the businessPartner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to shape problems and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-makingTranslate business questions into structured analysis and clear, actionable recommendationsCommunicate complex data through clear, compelling narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiencesDevelop a strong understanding of Airtime's product, platform, and commercial model to provide context-rich analysisProactively identify opportunities to optimise performance, improve processes, and support business growthSupport ongoing analysis across a range of business needs, ensuring insights are consistent and relevantContribute to improving data quality, definitions, and consistency across the business

Requirements

Requirements:3+ years of experience in a data analytics roleExperience working cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders across different business areasStrong commercial awareness and understanding of how data impacts business performanceExperience translating business requests or problems into structured analysis and actionable recommendationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large and complex datasetsProficiency in SQL (BigQuery a plus), Excel, and data visualisation toolsStrong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights and influencing decision-makingComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCurious, proactive, and motivated to use data to drive improvementsAble to commute to the Manchester office twice per week

This is an opportunity for someone who can move beyond basic reporting and play a meaningful role in driving partner performance and commercial decisions across the business. You'll work across multiple areas including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, giving you broad exposure to how the business operates.
