Tech Lead (Cloud & Infrastructure Platforms) - £90,000 + Package - London

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver cloud and infrastructure strategy, architecture, and engineering standards.Design scalable, secure cloud solutions and lead cloud migration initiativesEstablish governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g. IAM, encryption, risk management).Drive adoption of cloud-first and serverless approaches using modern PaaS and DevOps tooling.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimise performance, cost, and innovation.Own and maintain the cloud and network technology roadmap.Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance and future-proof the platform.

Experience RequiredStrong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in large-scale environments.Proven experience leading cloud transformation and migration programmes.Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO).Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery frameworks.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence senior stakeholders.

This is a permanent opportunity which provides a base salary of up to £90,000 + bonus + car allowance and package. In terms of working structure, this role requires 4 days per week in West London and 1 day remote.
