Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically Person Model, Person of Interest (POI), Hire/Rehire processes and Fluid UI.
  • PeopleTools expertise: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll processes.
  • Experience reviewing, modifying, and maintaining COBOL programs used in PeopleSoft HCM batch processes (payroll, benefits, HR data updates).
  • Ability to evaluate existing COBOL jobs for Person Model compatibility Strong understanding of HR data structures and effective dating logic.
  • Experience integrating Person Model with external systems (identity management, payroll, benefits, onboarding tools).
  • Ability to assess our current configuration and recommend an implementation approach.
  • Experience writing technical design documentation.
  • Capability to train technical teams in using and maintaining Person Model.
