Job description
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to help define and grow our mobile app experience. This role sits within a core consumer product team consisting of product managers, engineers, and designers working on high-impact software features.
You will play a key role in leading, defining, and driving the user experience for our mobile applications. You'll influence product direction, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and contribute to both strategic and hands-on design work. This role requires end-to-end product design ownership-from early-stage user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
You should be a strong collaborator and strategic thinker, comfortable working across disciplines to bring ideas to life. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor and guide other designers.
Key Responsibilities
Work autonomously while balancing design quality within technical constraints and business requirements
Engage with partners and end users to understand their needs and design experiences that guide onboarding, education, troubleshooting, and product usage
Use customer research, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and usability testing to develop and validate design solutions
Contribute to and evolve the design system, including shared patterns, components, and documentation
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Brand, and Marketing
Partner with other designers to maintain design consistency, share feedback, and foster continuous learning

Critical Hard Skills
Experience with support on both our Mobile app and Insight/Business tool. Looking for folks who could 1) do either or 2) are deep in mobile or 3) enterprise-esque web tools/analytics/dashboards
Fluency with latest genAI tools. Is experimenting/using these regularly.
Technical depth. Understands networking. Has worked on connected hardware/software, IoT, smart home., 7+ years of experience in UX design or interaction design
Experience with visual design
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and developing personas/journey maps
Experience defining and maintaining design systems and UX standards
Experience designing complex workflows
Experience delivering design solutions for large-scale, complex projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Rive, Spline, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
