Job description
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Technician / Hands & Feet Support professional to provide onsite deskside support for end users within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft O365 applications, and VIP users.
This role requires a customer-focused individual capable of delivering high-quality onsite IT support while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment., * Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user computing devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
- Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Provide support for Microsoft O365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
- Deliver Concierge/VIP support for executive and high-profile users with a high level of professionalism and urgency.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop systems.
- Assist users with password resets, account access issues, and Active Directory-related tasks.
- Perform SCCM client installation, deployment support, and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Support conference room technologies including projectors, video conferencing equipment, displays, and meeting room devices.
- Facilitate meeting room setup and provide real-time troubleshooting during meetings when required.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting including connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN-related issues.
- Document all incidents, requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the IT Service Management tool (preferably ServiceNow/SNOW).
- Coordinate with other IT support teams and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3-4 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) / Hands & Feet / Deskside Support roles.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft O365 applications.
- Experience providing support to VIP or executive-level users.
- Knowledge of SCCM client installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and Active Directory administration.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and professional attitude., * Experience working in enterprise or corporate IT environments.
- Familiarity with conference room and collaboration technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., * Desktop support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
