Job description
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-paced, insight-driven Product & Business Analytics team. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex, high-impact projects, provide thought leadership across business domains, and contribute directly to product, marketing, and customer experience strategies.
This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone with a proven track record of delivering analytical value in consumer tech or SaaS environments, particularly those with a mobile and/or connected hardware footprint.
What You'll Do

Analyze user behavior across our ecosystem of connected devices and subscription services to uncover insights, surface growth opportunities, and identify product risks.

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks in SQL , Tableau and Databricks to monitor critical KPIs, including:

Subscription funnel performance

Retention & churn
-
Monthly active users (MAU)
-
Customer lifetime value (LTV)
-
Average revenue per user (ARPU)

Drive experimentation strategy -design and interpret A/B tests, collaborating with product managers and engineers to guide roadmap decisions.

Partner with lifecycle marketing to segment customer cohorts and assess campaign performance with clear attribution.

Contribute to event instrumentation design and data QA , working closely with data engineers to ensure high-quality tracking and scalable data models.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL databases?, * 6-8 years of analytics experience , with increasing responsibility in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Advanced SQL skills -you write efficient, scalable queries across large datasets

Proficiency in modern BI tools (Tableau and Databricks preferred; Looker, Power BI, etc. also valued)

Deep familiarity with subscription metrics and experience working with mobile and B2C datasets

Proven ability to lead analytical work independently -from scoping questions to delivering impact

Strong business acumen and ability to partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams

Excellent communication skills-you know how to bring data to life and drive decisions

Experience in smart home, IoT, or hardware + SaaS business models

Comfort with Python or R for deeper analytics or prototyping

Familiarity with event-based product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel )

The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between USD$130,000-160,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience.
