Job description
Lead ServiceNow platform development for a major government healthcare organization, including custom application development, integrations, workflows, and portal implementation. This hands-on technical role requires strong ServiceNow development skills, healthcare data management expertise, and the ability to translate requirements into platform configurations. Multiple developers may be assigned to support parallel workstreams across the engagement lifecycle., * Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and business rules
- Build integrations with government enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Develop Service Portal pages and widgets for user interface
- Create and maintain data import/export processes for data reconciliation
- Implement role-based access controls and security configurations
- Develop automated testing using ServiceNow ATF
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and API development, Excentium is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing cybersecurity and IT services to federal agencies. We hold FedRAMP 3PAO accreditation, CMMC Level 2 certification, and maintain facility clearances supporting our mission-critical work across government.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years on ServiceNow platform
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API development skills
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and data standards preferred
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
